Sociedad civil, buena gobernanza y lucha contra la pobreza en la política social neoliberal

Abstract

La hegemonía neoliberal plantea en su discurso un determinado orden social, en el cual la política social ocupa un importante lugar. Siguiendo la propuesta analítica del Nuevo Discurso Humanitario de Amin (2009) las transformaciones y las consecuencias sociales de este discurso pueden ser analizadas mediante las siguientes categorías analíticas: Sociedad civil, Buena Gobernanza y Lucha contra la pobreza. Sin embargo, la hegemonía de este discurso neoliberal no se produce sin resistencias y frente a las consecuencias sociales que acarrea, es necesario reivindicar otro tipo de discursos contrahegemónicos orientados a lograr mayores cotas de justicia e igualdad social.
