Construyendo alternativas agroecológicas al sistema agroalimentario global: acción y reacción en el estado español

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende sentar las bases teóricas y prácticas para el posterior inventario global de las experiencias agroecológicas de consumo de alimentos dentro del Estado español. Se realiza una propuesta de clasificación de esas experiencias y se presentan los primeros resultados. Así mismo, se diseñan dos tipos de entrevistas semiestruturadas para la ampliación de la Base de Experiencias de Consumo Ecológico y Responsable de Alimentos en el Estado español.
