Condiciones de vida: perspectivas, análisis económico y políticas públicas

Abstract

Actualmente hay un ataque que afecta a la seguridad, al empleo, al salario, a los servicios, a las transferencias públicas, y al cuadro de derechos. Esta fase obliga a examinar la naturaleza del sistema capitalista en su particular relación entre condiciones de producción e intercambio de mercancías, por un lado, y reproducción social de la población, por otro; relación que constituye el terreno sobre el que medir las relaciones de fuerza entre sexos, clases, etnias y generaciones. Para intentar desplazar el análisis económico directamente hacia las condiciones de vida como espacio focal, es necesario moverse en diferentes niveles reabriendo un debate sobre los enfoques, las teorías y las políticas tomando cuenta de los cuerpos, los trabajos, las capacidades y las relaciones de mujeres y hombres.
