Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim is to analyze the design and effective operation of the instruments of regional development in Spain. This examines, first, the performance of European structural funds and their impact on the Spanish regions. Secondly, we study the evolution of the economic resources of the CR F and its regional distribution. Finally, changes are proposed to them to improve their performance.
