Los flujos financieros regionales en la España del siglo XX: una perspectiva desde la historia bancaria

Abstract

RESUMEN En un país con problemas de escasez de recursos de capital, como España, conocer los orígenes y destinos regionales de los flujos financieros parece una cuestión de gran interés a la hora de explicar el grado de desarrollo experimentado a ese nivel. En este trabajo, se intenta estudiar los efectos de la distribución regional de los depósitos y los créditos del sistema financiero español a lo largo del siglo XX, siguiendo la metodología del cálculo de tasas de cobertura. ABSTRACT In a country with a low endowment of capital resources, like Spain, should be very important to know the regional financial flows to explain the growth at that level. In this work, we try to study the effects of the regional distribution of deposits and credits in the Spanish financial system during the 20th century with a methodology based on ratios.
