Discriminación Salarial En El Mercado De Trabajo En Los Noventas

Abstract

Este artículo mide la diferencia salarial entre hombres y mujeres, la cual es atribuida a discriminación y presenta su evolución durante la década de los noventas. Se utiliza la técnica econométrica desarrollada por Oaxaca y Ransom en 1994 para medir la diferencia salarial debido a diferencias en productividad y a la discriminación, específicamente sobre las remuneraciones de los trabajadores asalariados.
