Abstract

El presente artículo revisa críticamente cuáles son los grandes supuestos ideológicos y programáticos que los partidos políticos en Costa Rica utilizan en sus propuestas electorales, y cuáles debilidades de fondo las caracterizan de cara a un marco constitucional y sociopolítico superior que no puede ser ignorado en tales análisis y propuestas sin causar la gran inestabilidad en el desarrollo del país
