Marco conceptual de la administración de proyectos

Abstract

El presente artículo describe el marco conceptual de la administración de proyectos. Además, se da a conocer el apoyo que por medio del Instituto de Administración de Proyectos se puede obtener para manejar proyectos, y se explica cuál es el aporte que tanto la guía PMBOK como la certificación PMP pueden generar a los proyectos y a los equipos de trabajo. Los aspectos desarrollados en este artículo pueden ser útiles para profesionales que deseen conocer sobre qué significa conducir proyectos, los desafíos en esta área, y el valor que le puede generar a una organización practicar una adecuada administración de proyectos en busca de obtener resultados satisfactorios.
