La evolución del proceso administrativo frente al marco metodologico de la creación de valor como principio rector en la gestion empresarial

Abstract

Los fenómenos de globalización de la economía, desarrollo tecnológico y competitividad de las organizaciones, cada vez más acentuados y arraigados al ámbito de los negocios, han exigido una visión más amplia sobre los objetivos empresariales y han llevado a la adopción de nuevos enfoques en la gestión administrativa. Este artículo analiza los ejes prioritarios de decisión gerencial dentro del contexto empresarial actual y su relación con las metodologías contemporáneas surgidas como apoyo al proceso administrativo, dirigiéndole hacia la creación de valor como principio rector para garantizar el éxito y continuidad del negocio.
