Abstract

Este paper reside en la realización de un análisis de la CST como una norma innovadora. Este análisis pone de manifiesto cuáles son los principales ámbitos, factores, elementos y características innovativas de la CST, además de los cambios organizativos que debe acometer la organización para lograr un resultado eficaz y servicio al cliente (entendiéndose como sinónimo de visitante, viajero o turista).
