Verhaltensleitsaetze in Maerchen und Management – ein Vergleich

Abstract

Im Mittelpunkt des Beitrags stehen folgende Fragen, Ziele und Ergebnisse: In welchen der 201 Maerchen der Brueder Grimm lassen sich Textstellen identifizieren, die wir als explizite Verhaltensleitsaetze interpretieren koennen? Zu welchen Kernleitsaetzen lassen sich die Maerchenleitsaetze reduzieren. Und welche Verhaltensmaximen aus Unternehmensgrundsaetzen lassen sich den Kernleitsaetzen zuordnen? Phaenomenologisch-induktiv wurden aus 70 zitierten Maerchenmaximen acht Kernleitsaetze interpretiert. Diesen wurden dann 70 Verhaltensleitsaetze aus 43 Unternehmen zugeordnet. Wer ueber diese Maerchenleitsaetze schon „fruehsozialisiert“ wurde, erfuellt zentrale Fuehrungs- und Kooperationswerte der Wirtschaftspraxis. Maerchen koennen auch didaktisch die Implementation von Firmenleitsaetzen unterstuetzen.
