Diseño operativo para la Secretaría de Turismo con relación a la promoción de Morelia como destino cultural

Abstract

El artículo presenta una serie de elementos que permiten determinar cómo debe llevarse a cabo el diseño operativo de la Secretaría de Turismo como Dependencia rectora de la actividad turística en el municipio, es decir, los aspectos que debe considerar para la promoción de Morelia como destino cultural. Para ello, se utilizó el método de jerarquías analíticas de Saaty, a través del cual se estableció, en primer lugar, y el más importante, el diseño de una Política Pública Turística (61%); en segundo lugar, la actualización de los instrumentos normativos (21%); y en tercer lugar la modificación de la Estructura Orgánica (18%).
