La voie féminine du succès scolaire ne suit pas le modèle masculin : les avantages, conquis dans les premières années, sont partiellement perdus dans les orientations ultérieures, comme si la moindre agressivité dans la compétition constituait au début un avantage. Pour nommer ce paradoxe, on propose le terme de « subversion ».
