Abstract

[fre] La question d'une (des) politique(s) de la concurrence dans les négociations internationales soulève d'emblée la place de l'OMC. Le croisement du regard du juriste et des économistes conduit à mettre en valeur dans cette problématique les différences d'approche par produits ou par processus de production. Celles-ci nous paraissent fondamentales pour appréhender les négociations internationales en matière agroalimentaire. [eng] International negociations in agriculture and competition law - The question of a competition policy in the international négociations raises at the first attempt the WTO part. The crossing glance of lawyers and economists results in emphasizing in these problems the differences between product or process aproaches agroalimentary.
