Processus d'industrialisation de la filière de la viande bovine

Abstract

[fre] L'objet de cette note est de présenter une interprétation sur l'origine du processus d'industrialisation en cours actuellement dans la viande bovine. Il apparaît que l'industrialisation est prise en charge principalement par la coopération aidée par les pouvoirs publics. La rentabilité des activités dans la filière ne paraissant pas suffisante pour qu'elle soit prise en charge par des capitaux privés non agricoles. Un certain nombre d'observations sont présentées à l'appui de cette thèse. [eng] An interpretation of the industrialization processes which the beef sector is experiencing. The move over to industry-type processes is mostly controled by farmer's cooperatives with government support. Profits do not seem sufficient to attract private non agricultured investors. Several observations are presented to support this thesis.
