Abstract

[fre] C’est autour de l’idée mutualiste que l’entreprise coopérative se crée et se développe. Or, le groupe Caisse d’Épargne accède au statut coopératif un siècle et demi après sa création. La loi de réforme du 25 juin 1999 marque ainsi une nouvelle ère pour le groupe Caisse d’Épargne qui devient un acteur à part entière du monde coopératif. C’est cette expérience, à la fois originale et unique qui est illustrée à travers cet article. . Classification JEL : G21, L2 [eng] The Caisses d’Épargne : a new actor in the cooperative world . The cooperative company expand around the mutual ideology. The Caisse d’Épargne reaches the cooperative status 150 years after its creation. The reform of June 25th, 1999 so indicates a new era for the Caisses d’Épargne which becomes a new actor of the cooperative sector. This article illustrates this original and unique experience. .
