Abstract

. Several process of growth are held by the cooperative groups in Europe today. If some give greater importance to the partnerships in domains where economies of scale matter, other networks combine the possibility of external growth. In that case, the démutualisation, . which notably offers the possibility of realising exchanges of securities, is a good application. . JEL classifications : G21, L2
