Abstract

[fre] La décision d'embaucher ne concerne qu'une minorité d'entreprises. Seulement 40 % d'entre elles prendront cette décision au cours de leur existence. Toutefois, la majorité de celles qui embauchent le font à la création ou au cours de leur première année d'existence. Plus que l'entreprise individuelle, la société commerciale est le cadre type de l'emploi salarié. . C'est dans l'industrie que la proportion d'employeurs est la plus élevée. La première embauche y est également plus précoce que dans les autres secteurs. Plus les entreprises sont de petite taille, plus l'embauche est échelonnée dans le temps. A decision that is a part of the planning of enterprises - Hiring employees is a decision that only a minority of enterprises ever have to make. Only 40% of them will make this decision during their lifespan. On the other hand, the majority of enterprises which do hire employees, do it at their inception or during their first year of existence. Commercial companies have a more typical environment for salaried work than individual enterprises. . Tne highest percentage of employers is found in industries. In addition, hiring takes place earlier in these sectors than in others. The enterprises which do not hire employees are the most short-lived. [spa] Ser empleador. Unicamente, un 40% de estas tomarán tal decision en el transcurso de su existencia. Sin embargo, la mayorfa de las que contratan lo hacen en el momento de su creación o durante su primer año de existencia. La sociedad comercial, más que la empresa individual, constituye el marco tipo del empleo asalanado. La proporción de empleadores es la más elevada de todas en los sectores de la industna.
