Abstract

[fre] Un ménage de 1 979 sur trois avait acheté un bien immobilier au cours des dix-huit années précédentes. La fréquence d'acquisition est la plus forte pour les couples ayant deux enfants. L'effort financier des ménages acheteurs peut être mesuré par le montant des achats diminué de celui des ventes éventuelles; aux prix de 1979, cet effort financier s'élève en moyenne à 1 10 000 F. Il varie de 300 000 F chez les cadres supérieurs et les professions libérales à 90 000 F chez les ouvriers. Il diminue avec l'âge et, en fin de cycle de vie, les ventes l'emportent même sur les achats. Les plus gros héritages immobiliers sont allés aux professions libérales et aux exploitants agricoles. Les donations sont surtout répandues en milieu agricole, où elles constituent un mode privilégié de transmission de l'outil de travail. [eng] Real estate mutations from 1962 to 1979 - In 1979, one household in three had purchased property in the course of the preceding eighteen months. The frequency of purchases is the greatest for couples with two children. The financial effort of household buyers can be measured by the total amount of purchases minus the total amount of possible sales. At 1 979 prices, this financial effort comes to an average of 1 1 0,000 Francs. It varies from 300,000 Francs among higher cadres and those in the professions to 90,000 Francs among the working class. It decreases with age and at the end of the life cycle sales prevail even over purchases. The largest real estate inheritances went to the professions and to farmers. The gifts were above all wide-spread in the agricultural milieu where they constitute a privileged mode of transmission of land. La frecuencia de adquisición es la de más consideración respecto a matrimonios con dos hijos. El esfuerzo financiero llevado a cabo por matrimonios adquisitores se puede valorar por el importe de las compras rebajado del de las ventas eventuates; a precios de 1979, este esfuerzo financiero se eleva a un promedio de 110 000 francos. Varia de 300 000 entre cuadros dirigentes superiores y profesiones libérales, de 90 000 francos entre obreros. Va decreciendo con la edad, y a fines del ciclo de vida las ventas, incluso, rebasan las compras. Las herencias inmobiliarias de mâs consideración fueron para las profesiones liberales y las explotaciones agricolas. Las donaciones se extienden mayormente en el medio ambiente agricola, en las que constituyen una forma privilegiada de transmisión del instrumento de trabajo.
