Pour la Fonction publique, 1984 s'inscrit dans la lignée des années précédentes et consacre la désindexation des salaires par rapport aux prix. Le salaire nominal progresse en effet de 6,8 % en moyenne annuelle sur 1983, alors que les prix augmentent de 7,4 %. Cette tendance s'est accentuée au cours de l'année 1984, le pouvoir d'achat courant des fonctionnaires étant de 2 % plus faible en décembre 1984 qu'en décembre 1983. For the civil service, 1984 followed in the line of the previous years and established the non-idexing of salaries in relation to prices. The nominal salary progressed in fact by 6,8 % on an annual average in relation to 1983, while prices increased by 7,4 %. This trend became more pronounced in the course of 1984. The current buying power of civil servants was 2% lower in December 1984 than in December 1983. Dicha tendencia se fué incrementando en el transcurso del ano 1984; el poder adquisitivo corriente de los funcionarios resulta en un 2 % más bajo en diciembre de 1984 que en diciembre de 1983.
