Specific Clauses In The Individual Employment Contract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conventional part of the individual employment contract, respectively the clauses that the parties involved in this contract can negotiate and include. The optional clauses regulated in the Labor Code will be subject to analysis, but also the unregulated clauses as well as those types of clauses that cannot be included in the individual employment contract, being prohibited. The analysis of these clauses will be prepared in the light of the current doctrine and jurisprudence.
