Abstract

The issue of the report between European Union law and national law represents an extremely present discussion in the field of work force free movement. The European Commission has concluded in its last year’s rapports that the rights of the workers are violated most often through the divergent and incorrect enforcement of European law. In these conditions, the European institutions have adopted a series of regulations and directives meant to determine member states to enforce efficient mechanisms for fighting against citizenship – based discrimination, concerning both employment as well as payment and also further work conditions.
