De nouvelles regles en matiere d’urbanisme et d’aménagement du territoire

Abstract

Notre travail passe en revue les plus importantes modifications et les nouveautés législatives se rapportant a l’aménagement du territoire et a l’urbanisme, depuis 2001 et jusqu’a présent. Ces deux domaines d’activité, étroitement liés et interconditionnés sont particulierement importants, non seulement pour l’État et ses autorités (au niveau local ou central) mais surtout pour la population, pour les gens qui agissent dans leur propre intérêt ou qui sont investisseurs. Dans les conditions de l’adhésion de la Roumanie a l’Union Européenne, présenter l’évolution législative est importante dans la perspective de l’intégration rapide dans la stratégie de développement général (régional) promue dans l’espace communautaire. Ainsi toute modification législative intervenue dans ces domaines concerne directement tout le monde.
