Abstract

Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the traditional apprenticeship-style approach to training researchers by lowering technical barriers. When paired with careful mentoring, AI can help early-career researchers engage more quickly in scientific inquiry.Generative AI is transforming the traditional apprenticeship-style approach to training researchers by lowering technical barriers.
