Epicarmo Corbino: dai primi studi all'Economia dei trasporti marittimi (Epicarmo Corbino: from the first studies to the Economia dei trasporti marittimi)

Abstract

The first works of Epicarmo Corbino were published after World War i, a period of expansion of the Italian Maritime Industry. Corbino underlines the speculative growth of this industrial branch, but he was not able to understand and analyse all the transformations caused by World War. This essay try to build a more structured analysis of the economic changes that have occurred.
