Abstract

The evolution of quality concepts and their application increasingly higher administrative different industries and led to making quality a proven tool of good management. Evolution mood resulting from the awareness of people directions of action to enhance the role of education, the appointment of a management representative for quality, and so on, self-empowerment drives by all staff and continuous improvement of economic results. It wents so gradually from the simple concept of product quality control, quality assurance for products or services and, ultimately, quality management, which is part of an organization devoted to quality management in the spirit of ISO 9000 family of standards - currently with the reference standard version EN ISO 9001:2008.
