Abstract

The paper aims to present an approach in evaluation of knowledge management processes and systems, based on a case study regarding the development of knowledge management processes and knowledge management system within an IT corporation, which goal is to increase the use of knowledge, considering the context of the knowledge-based economy development. The paper is focused on synthesizing the main aspects of applying a well-known model, McKinsey model, operational made by European Committee for Standardization
