Dysfunctions in Organizational CommunicationAbstract:Today, more than ever, organizations observed the explosive growth of interest in communication issues and conflicts within them. This extension of the theory, but especially in the daily life, produced an impressive number of questions on the two phenomena, that of communication and conflict, so present in our everyday experience. We live in a world of interdependence in which communication is synonymous with living. For human beings, information and communication are a vital necessity of existence. For being organizational, communication is the act who can trigger existence may facilitate expansion and may determine stagnation or even extinction. Management processes, the communication means perception, interpretation, evaluation and selection.
