Leasing – original technique of financing investments of small and medium enterprises facing the current economic situation

Abstract

Any organization is obligated to adapt, to the business environment, maintaining in the same time, the internal cohesion and reducing to minimum the uncertainty that characterizes the internal and external transformations of the environment. This phrase refers to the sustainable activity that enterprises must develop day by day. In this direction, each participant in the economic activity, should identify the instruments, that lead to the development wanted in the company and especially to the founds, necessary for the progress. An analysis of the financing sources available for each enterprise, in achieving the plans for expansion, is a good start.
