Polish women in science: a bibliometric analysis of Polish science and its publications, 1980–1999

Abstract

From Polish articles in the SCI, the level of women's productivity is compared to the number of Polish women scientists; their disciplines and favoured types of research are determined; their levels of international and domestic co-operation are measured, as are their publications in Polish and foreign languages.
