Abstract

ISO 31000 is a framework developed by risk professionals providing standardized guidelines in order to achieve successful risk management policies. Each project is faced with uncertainty and risk. The main challenge for the project managers is to maintain the acceptable level of risk in order to achieve the scope of the Project. ISO defines a management system as a set of procedures.
