Abstract

The present article analyzes the new leg­islative decisions related to the creation of a special Register for trade union organizations and employers’ organizations. In the aspect of established legal hypotheses, the authors make conclusions on the specificity, necessity and, most important, on the impact of the estab­lished requirement, considering the principles of stability and transparency in the field of so­cial dialogue
