Abstract

This paper focuses on the geographic distribution of banking activity in Brazil, with the objective of building several quantitative indicators of said spatial distribution. In addition, it puts forward some conjectures regarding the nature and intensity of the changes in the geographic distribution of the banking activity in Brazil.
