Finanzmarktkrise und Verkaufsdruck im Finanzdienstleistungssektor

Abstract

Die Banken als solche - und die Verkaufspraktiken der Finanzberater im Besonderen - stehen seit Beginn der Finanzkrise unter Generalverdacht. Dabei wird leicht übersehen, welchem Druck die Beschäftigten dieser Banken selbst ausgesetzt sind und durch welche Arbeits- und Steuerungsmethoden dieser Druck zustande kommt. Die Gewerkschaft ver.di ist diesen Zusammenhängen auf den Grund gegangen und bietet Hilfe an.
