Abstract

(The following article presents the development of a seminar, which on the one hand includes sustainability as an educational content and on the other hand refers to a practice-transfer-oriented learning environment at university level for professionals in order to enable life-long-learning. A key question is how knowledge that is of societal relevance, such as sustainable development, can be transferred to business on the individual level.)
