Estrategias productivas y resultados económicos en la horticultura marplatense entre 1993-2012: un análisis de insumo-producto

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir y evaluar los cambios en los resultados económicos y productivos generados por la crisis económica de 2001 y la caída de la convertibilidad en los cultivos tradicionales del cinturón hortícola marplatense. El período de análisis es 1993-2012. Se identifican en este período los componentes del costo de producción de los cinco cultivos más relevantes de la zona; se explican los cambios productivos implementados, analizando las modificaciones en el peso relativo de los diferentes componentes del costo; y se compara la evolución de los resultados económicos obtenidos con la de los precios de los insumos y de los coeficientes insumo-producto.
