Origin And Definition Of Regtech

Abstract

The aim of the paper is to lift the veil of new banking regulation framework. By a bibliometric analysis, we draw conclusions for definition and description of modern regulation techniques. The costs and benefits of RegTech are derived. The results of the article conclude existence of umbrella of definitions for RegTech. Competent authorities and international organisations introduced the core definitions. Banking regulation is adapting to the New reality through RegTech.
