La dimension culturelle du développement territorial

Abstract

La prise en compte des aspects culturels du développement correspond à une évolution de la réalité économique mais aussi à une évolution épistémologique en économie spatiale et régionale. Après avoir identifié les différentes acceptions de la notion de territoire dans la littérature, nous privilégions celle qui le définit comme une construction d’acteurs partageant une même culture du développement. La dimension culturelle qui est désormais partie prenante de toute politique de développement n’est cependant pas totalement intégrable dans le cadre de l’analyse économique standard. La poursuite du dialogue économie - culture reste par conséquent souhaitable.
