Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail est de contribuer à la compréhension des mécanismes de structuration spatiale au travers d’une analyse des modes d’occupation des sols au sein des espaces périurbains. Plus particulièrement, il s’agit d’étudier comment l’existence d’un espace viticole de haute qualité a influencé la configuration morphologique de l’urbanisation. Le cas du vignoble périurbain de Bordeaux qui, à travers son inscription à la fois spatiale au cœur de l’agglomération bordelaise et temporelle, constitue un cadre idéal d’analyse des enjeux des interactions entre une croissance urbaine et la présence d’une dynamique agricole spécifique. Nos résultats confirment la mise en évidence, au sein de l’Aire Urbaine de Bordeaux, de phénomènes de résistance viticole sur certaines zones spécifiques.
