Abstract

El presente trabajo abordará elementos de análisis y de comprensión de la relación de la contabilidad con la gestión humana en las organizaciones, ya que no se evidencia un sistema contable que dé cuenta de la valoración y medición de los recursos humanos en las organizaciones y de las necesidades de información que requiere la gerencia para una adecuada toma de decisiones en materia de inversión en el talento humano.
