Intercultural Training as one of the effective management and business approaches on the university level

Abstract

In this article we may: a) See that intercultural training can be an integral part of the management or business English teacher’s job because students will use the language to communicate in an intercultural setting. b) Notice that culture can be analyzed using a number of various dimensions. c) See that we can improve our management or business English students intercultural competence by using different activities to facilitate understanding of their own culture, increase their awareness of cultural differences, and analyze critical points.
