Model Assessment Of Efficiency Of Educational Services In Changes In The Volume Of Budget Financing

Abstract

The article describes a model of estimating the efficiency of educational services while changing the volume of budget financing and integrated indicators by which a matrix of the efficiency of this model can be constructed. Also, the author suggests the characteristics of model’s positions on the matrix of efficiency. The way of weighing innovative processes and few examples of estimating the efficiency of secondary education systems by changing the volume of budget financing are proposed under this model.
