Abstract

The article analyzes the dynamics of self-organizing processes in systems of governance. Examines specific strategies of postindustrial development and transformation of structures management in conditions of globalization in the modern industrialized systems. Analyzes the ideological, social, economic trends and the concept of subsidiarity and deliberative management, prospects, and the shape of their future development.
