Russian System Of Education In The Innovation Economy: Problems Of The State Policy In The Personnel Training Area

Abstract

The widespread development of innovative activity in the different sectors of the economy largely hampered by the lack of necessary skills are able to participate in the innovation process and to be their initiators in modern Russia. Staff shortage problem is largely due to the neglect of the state to the realization of special programs of professional training a certain direction, a highly sought-after innovation economy. This article discusses the possibility of using the known tools of additional funding for higher education, which could be a way to impact on the potential of students and higher education institutions. These instruments with the direct participation of the state and big business could stimulate innovative range of sought-after professions economies, and influence on the propensity of the Russian economy to innovate
