State regulaton of defense industry: the theory and reforming in Russia

Abstract

Article is devoted to the military-industrial complex in the modern economy of Russia. This paper investigates the specifics of military procurement markets, the necessity of an active government policy in this area and is held contemporary problems of the Russian defense industry.
