Analysis of commercial real estate market of Perm city (challenges and prospects of development)

Abstract

In article the market of commercial real estate of Perm is considered in two directions: rent and purchase and sale of real estate objects. These directions, in turn, are considered on segments of the market of commercial real estate (office, trade and production and warehouse). The prices of objects of commercial real estate depending on the region of an arrangement of object are also investigated. Furthermore, there were studied the theoretical aspects of the global trend of gentrification and, based on these data , was concluded of the presence and development of gentrification in the city of Perm. Finally, conclusions were drawn on the offer commercial real estate. There were identified challenges and benefits of the commercial real estate market of the city of Perm.
