Abstract

The market of goods and services dictates new conditions for manufacturers every year. Every organization whose activities have a commercial orientation regularly looks for effective ways to interact with the consumer in order to maximize the satisfaction of his needs. Promotion of goods and services in social networks is one of the main such ways in the modern world. Promotion is a kind of complex of activities aimed at using such channels as social networks, as well as solving other tasks that are of great importance when doing business of any kind and level.
