The Publicity Of Matrimonial Agreements In The Romanian Privat International Law

Abstract

On the basis of art.2596 paragraph 1 Civil Code corroborated with art.2593 paragraph 1 letter. B of the Civil Code we propose to determine the law which governs the publicity of the matrimonial agreement.
