Abstract

Robbery falls in the category of crimes against property, and it comprises: theft, piracy, trust abuse, unauthorized management, embezzlement, fraud, voluntary waste, etc., although its complex content includes, apart from the act of the theft itself, acts of violence, threat or other forms of coercion directed against the person. Robbery is the act through which the perpetrator achieves the goal set, which is the misappropriation of mobile goods. The acts of violence, threat, getting the victims unconscious or unable to defend themselves are only means through which robbery is accomplished.
