Abstract

To determine the degree of correlation between quality of employment and its determinants of the method we applied descriptive statistics and regression and correlation method using SPSS statistical program. We chose a sample of 27 companies with the same profile (IT companies, specializing in web design) in Iasi in which employees were interviewed from all hierarchical levels of these organizations. Through regression and correlation method, using the Enter method, we found a model that includes all factors influencing the quality of employment: career satisfaction, career achievement, balance employment, labor productivity and level of participation in training. Analyzing the recorded values of correlation coefficients, we note that the dependent variable quality of employment is strongly correlated with the balance of employment, labor productivity, with variable career achievement and career satisfaction.
